The show has a successful storyline, but unfortunately, its execution falls short in several areas. One of the biggest issues is the slow pacing—it feels rushed and drags on in others, making it difficult to stay engaged. Some scenes seem to be cut off abruptly, leading to a lack of continuity and making the plot difficult to follow.
Furthermore, the acting leaves much to be desired. Rather than immerse the viewer in the story, many of the performances feel vague and disjointed, making the emotional impact less impactful. The show also relies heavily on storytelling, rather than a highly visual narrative drawn from experience. Instead of letting the characters’ actions and expressions reveal the plot, we are told what is happening, which can be frustrating.
Another notable flaw is the lack of attention to detail in both production design and storytelling. Small but important elements that could have enhanced the show were overlooked, making it feel dated rather than fresh and innovative. Considering this is a 2024 release, one would expect a more refined and well-thought-out approach.
Overall, the show had a lot of potential but didn’t deliver. With stronger direction, better editing, and better acting, it could have been an enjoyable sequel. Hopefully, future projects from the team will learn from these shortcomings and strive for a deeper and more nuanced experience.
